Delivery times

Each piece of PERSTA jewellery is made to order, which can take from 3 to 6 weeks for a piece of 18-carat gold jewellery and from 2 to 3 weeks for a piece of silver jewellery. All our jewellery is handmade in our own workshop in the Marais district of Paris.

DELIVERY AT HOME OR IN A RELAY POINT IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

Standard delivery by Colissimo with delivery against signature: 2-3 working days

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation.

DELIVERY ABROAD :

PERSTA offers worldwide secure delivery via DHL. Delivery will be made within 2 to 7 days, depending on the country.

For prices and delivery times, please see the payment pages. The price shown does not include customs duties and taxes. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation. Shipping costs depend on the country.

Once your package has left our workshop, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

CLICK & COLLECT : 

You can order online or by phone and pick up your creation in our PERSTA shop located at 8 rue Sainte-Anastase Paris III.

An e-mail and a sms will be sent to you as soon as the order is available in the shop.

We welcome you from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:30 and on Saturday from 14:00 to 19:00.

Exchanges and returns

We offer you the possibility to exchange or return your PERSTA piece free of charge if it is not suitable, with the exception of personalised and engraved pieces, and we will refund your purchase in full. It is important to contact us in advance to arrange the return of the part and the refund, we will assist you in the procedure : guilhem@persta.fr

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

1.

The parts must have been purchased on the persta.fr website or in our Workshop / Shop

2.

The jewel must not have been personalised and/or engraved.

3.

The jewel must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, damaged or soiled.

Your jewel must be returned in its original case and packaging.

4.

You have 14 days to return the PERSTA item you wish to exchange or be refunded for. If you require a longer period, for example as a gift at a date earlier than the date of your purchase, you can inform us in advance at the time of your order. We will work with you to find a customised delivery time.

5.

No refunds will be made until we have received and checked the item.

Sizing

The first sizing of your ring will be offered.
